EPS CEMENT SANDWICH WALL PANEL APPLICATION:

Lightweight partition wall panels are ideal for internal walls in offices, commercial spaces, and residential buildings, including room divisions, corridors, and kitchens. Their production and installation processes are straightforward and easy to master. These panels offer high strength, excellent thermal and sound insulation, long service life, and low cost, while being lightweight per unit volume.



Key Installation and Construction Points for Lightweight Partition Wall Panels

1.Check Dimensions: Verify that the geometric dimensions of the partition panels meet standard requirements before installation.

2.Pre-install Fixing Components: Based on the layout diagram, pre-fix 40×50×90 L-shaped iron pieces at all required points.

3.Follow Installation Sequence: Begin installation from one side of the structure. For walls with door or window openings, start from the opening and work outward. Align panels with reference lines, lever from the bottom using a pry bar, ensure the top is tightly secured, and firmly wedge the bottom with wooden shims before adding reinforcement.

4.Monitor Alignment During Installation: Continuously check flatness, verticality, and other critical inspection items throughout the installation process.

5.Coordinate Utility Lines: Install plumbing and embedded pipes simultaneously with the panel installation. Pre-drill holes no larger than 80mm × 80mm for any necessary openings. Avoid hanging items over 80 kg on the panels unless supported by pre-embedded components.

6.Finish Around Electrical Elements: Use filling material to smooth areas around electrical wiring, switches, and sockets.

7.Allow Proper Drying Time: After installation, allow adhesive materials to fully dry (typically 10-15 days) before proceeding with decorative finishes.

8.Inspect Finished Surface: Ensure the installed wall surface is free of peeling, corner damage, hollow spots, or cracks. The finish should comply with intermediate plastering standards for interior walls.



Key Requirements for Installing Lightweight Partition Wall Components

1.Secure Top and Bottom Fixing
Use U-shaped iron parts to fix the top and bottom of the beam. Secure the bottom with shooting nails and reinforce the top using wooden wedges along with L-shaped iron components.

2.Hanging Specifications
The spacing between hanging points should not be less than 300mm. No single point should bear more than 80kg. Pre-embed mounting components are required for all hanging installations.

3.Electrical Wiring Options
Electrical wiring can be designed either as concealed conduits—using pre-drilled panel holes for hose routing—or as surface-mounted wiring along the wall. Use appropriately configured sockets and switch boxes for each type.

4.Moisture and Waterproofing
In areas with sinks, water tanks, or basins, apply waterproof coatings or use waterproof finishes such as tiles along the wall to ensure moisture resistance.

5.Wall Decoration Guidelines
Partition walls can be finished with materials such as paint, ceramic spray, or tiles. Before decorating, clean the wall surface, dampen it with water, and proceed using standard construction methods.
